I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10:30, I did not leave the dealership until 12:55. That seems like an excessive amount of time. I even confirmed when I checked in that it should take and hour to hour and a half, and was told yes.

Had to come twice, deal with a loaner, and at the end of the day my issues still aren’t resolved. I specifically asked as part of the work to diagnose and rectify the tire pressure sensor, which wasn’t done and would require a third trip. Zero stars.
