There seems to be some gross miscommunication among the staff in the service department along with a lack of attention to detail. Tires weee not rotated at this appointment. I had marked one of them and that tire is in the exact same position as it was prior to the appointment. Cannot and will not trust any Baxter service or sales moving forward. This was actually the 2nd time that I have had issues here and I will not be back no matter what. Feel ripped off. Oil change probably wasn’t performed either, how would I Know? Right? Ha. Will do my best to let everyone in the Omaha area to avoid Baxter and specifically the La Vista location! Already left a message with Scott Service Manager requesting a refund in full for the appointment today. But you’ll never be able to replay me for the lost trust and time I have spent at your dealership.
