I have been going to Baxter my most of my life. You can look at my history. Over the years my car was always vacuumed as an additional courtesy. Never expected but always done. The last two visits, including today that did not happen. That thoughtful gesture use to set Baxter apart from others.

Nothing against Jonny. Why did my vehicle come back extremely dirty on the outside I'm pretty sure the company that did the work must have parked it in a dirt lot, then it rained that day. The day I got it back, it was not raining and I can't even tell whether they got it right or not, because I'm not supposed to wash it for a week. Very disappointed.

I don't need anyone to contact me. In all the years I have gone to your facility, I have never had to wait longer than an hour to get an oil change. It was 1 hr 45 mins. She did apologize for the delay, and gave me a discount. I have to admit that I was irritated, but I did appreciate that she made up for the long wait.
