Jake lied to me, regarding the status of my van and the action (or rather, inaction) of the service department. I feel taken advantage of and more skeptical of this industry than ever before. I don't understand why I was given an appointment time on Monday at 3:30pm if no one was planning to start working on it until Tuesday. My van is my lifeline, my only way to appointments and activities. I don't understand why it took an entire day to tell me my battery failed. The first thing that should have been done was check the battery. I could have had my van back on Tuesday afternoon,but instead, I had to wait until today, Thursday. I would like someone to call me at ****-****-xxxx.
