2500 miles I told him I couldn’t get on my phone and log my Venza on .

Called in the morning and asked if they had availability for today. The receptionists said there were a number of times available all day and I could get the car in as soon as 11:00. I dropped the vehicle off at 11:00 and it took 3 hours to get my oil changed, rotate my tires, and patch a nail in one of my tires. Love service at the dealership but just wish service could be done in a faster time frame.I had a coworker pick me up at 11:00 and I had him drop me back off at 12:00 assuming service would be done shortly. At 12:26 I got the first notification on my Toyota connected service app that my hood had been opened. 1.5 hours after initial drop off. Technicians and staff were friendly and accommodating. If you guys were too busy you shouldn’t have had me come in for the visit.

The technician told me over the phone that they replaced the middle row seats, which wasn't listed on the service record. Initially we thought he misspoke and just meant they reinstalled them after cleaning and greasing the tracks. However both seats have a stain that wasn't previously there. One has a blue dot on the seat itself and the other has black paint on the back of it. So it looks like they exchanged them fromm another vehicle or something because neither of those defects were present when we dropped the vehicle off or when we purchased it. My husband will be bringing the van back tomorrow to discuss this issue.
