Worst service ever Jordan lies to the customers and says that they were service done to the car where they were no service done at all. On my last visit before this one, they left the dipstick for the engine oil loose with a lot of oil leaked all over and when I took it for a visit, they told me that they were going to tap it with oil and fix it and clean it up, which was never done. I will be hiring a lawyer and taking them to court. it’s ridiculous spending $100,000 for a sequoia 2024 and get that kind of service.

I’m not sure the gentleman’s name that checked me out but he was very helpful in getting me out of there. I have had three services done there now and everytime I was waiting for at least 30 minutes after my truck was done before I could leave. Everytime I had to go up there and get it from the staff. The truck would be all done and just sitting outside of the service department for a while but after 40 minutes of seeing it sit there I just wanted to leave. This time the keys were just sitting on the counter along with many others. Just seems like a process of checking customers out is a little broke. Once they got the truck it wasn’t washed so I had to wait another 20 minutes before I could leave. With all that the gentleman that helped me get out of there was very professional and he was a different person than the one who checked me in. Wish I knew his name. Sorry for that.
