When I received a text message about my car while waiting in the service area it instructed me to view information about my service. However the message was blank. I asked an employee and he had Liz come to me to deliver the message. I had the option of replacing two filters. I decided to replace them. Then I waited to have that done. I don’t know why my message was blank.
