Alignment was unauthorized and after 2 tries it is still not right. I basically paid to have the alignment screwed up after telling **** not to change it because it was perfect. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it. I may stop using you guys for servicing both of cars

Easy appointment setup online. Great customer service. The only issue i had was that when I walked in at 5:30 to pick up my car, I waited 10 minutes before being greeted. Once greeted the guy was super nice and funny.
