**** was wonderful! And my experience was very positive. Although it was really cold in the waiting room….but I understand that’s probably because the doors are opened and closed frequently and it’s really really cold outside.

Every time I schedule an oil change I ask the female scheduler to make sure that the service department has the correct oil available. The correct amount of oil is not available and my service appointment is prolonged. The last time I waited over 2 hours. This “service “ is totally unacceptable!
