I was not pleased with Stephanie. While waiting for my car, I was sitting in one of the chairs with the trays, right by the Tacoma. I received the text alert that my car was done, so I packed up my things and walked to the service desk. I heard my phone buzzing but could did not answer because I knew i was going to check out. I saw Stephanie on the phone and heard her say your car is ready. I asked if that was my voicemail since I heard my phone buzzing and she said yes, but seemed annoyed. She then commented that she called because she looked for me and she couldn't find me. I replied i was surprised since I was sitting right over there in the chairs. She said she called for me and I didn't answer.
She then started to hand me papers and I said I had a coupon.
She sighed loudly and told me in a very irritated tone that she'd have to redo ALL the paperwork.
I replied sorry and she then stated that it says to present the coupon when I arrive.
She was not pleasant and it's the first time in the years I've been getting service there that I've ever been disappointed with the customer service at Toyota. It took her less than a minute to fix the paperwork and the only reason it took that long was because she struggled with the staple and stapler. I'm sorry I was such an inconvenience.

They said it was the low pressure ac hose but I know for a fact it was the high pressure relief valve on the front face plate of the compressor
Didn’t have a good gut feeling so I left

I was scheduled for a 12:15 36,000 mile appt. So tire rotation and I scheduled 3 wiper blades to be replaced. I was there for 2hrs and 15 min. My service advisor was nice but that seemed a bit excessive for the little to no work that was done. I try giving them a break because I know everyone is overloaded but I have not once been in and out of the dealership in less than 1 hr 30min. I’ve never had a dealership with such long wait times. No need to contact me just wanted to provide context.

The radiator cap was not put back on. Coolant leaked out and went all over my engine compartment. I don’t think it overheated, but it’s a huge mess. I’m paying another shop to fill with coolant & and bleed the system. I’m guessing that should have been included in the work completed at your shop. That’s a very rookie mistake for a dealer technician. Since it was Friday afternoon, I’m guessing the tech was in a hurry.
