I assumed rotating my tires and topping off all needed fluid levels would include the air in my tires, but my tire pressure light remains illuminated on my dash board. If I could see that the second I drove off the lot I have to believe the technician who worked on my car could see it as well

Everything was excellent including the greeter. However I was not happy for one reason only. When I called to make the appointment I was told that the service would take 4 hours so my wife drove our Highlander to Baxter and I picked her up. We live 40 minutes away from Baxter. Usually I take our vehicle in and wait for it to be serviced because it only takes about an hour. We weren’t willing to wait 4 hours so that’s why I picked her up. We went all the way back home and no sooner got there when I received a text that our vehicle was ready. 1 hour and 20 minutes is all it took to do the service. We wasted two trips with both vehicles and of course the time it took to do that. Plus my wife had taken off work. If I would have been told the accurate timing of the service when I made the appointment I would have driven in myself and waited. No way was I going to wait 4 hours! Please be more accurate telling how long the service will take. Thanks. Bill Nissen, Raymond, Nebraska

Normally I get a print out with the inspection for my Lexus, but for my Toyota I took last night I didn't get this. I also didnt get a windshield sticker with the oil change information. The video said my brake pads were gone & said I'd get a quote for it but I didn't get a quote for it.

When I made the appointment for my oil change, I expressed that I needed to have time to pick up children from school at 3:00, so we agreed to a 12:45 appointment. At 2:30 I asked about my vehicle, and it was still on the lift and had not had oil added or the oil filter installed. They apologized about being busier than usual, and I barely made it to school pick up. I did get a $23 discount for the extra wait. I had my previous vehicle serviced at Nissan for 10 years, and my usual wait was an hour. I am convinced I should just go back to Nissan for my Toyota service.

Justin asked questions and then explained the reason for the question and how the answers directed some of the options on the work to be done. He was patient and even show me how to sync my new phone to the càr. I was late to appt as my new phone alarm didn't go off, yet Justin was very gracious.

I appreciated getting an unscheduled service since the shop apparently was not busy this day. I also hope that getting the two year service agreement was a good plan. I will be watching to see how this works out for me over the next two years.
