My tire was replaced without my consent. The notes even state to let me know if it could be repaired or not first. ZERO updates or communication during the service time. I said I needed to leave by 1:30 at the latest and no one even spoke to me until 1:47 (I waited in the lobby and dropped the car off early for my 12:15 appointment). My tires were barely a year old and very good quality, expensive tires. It was replaced with a low quality, cheap tire, worse off than if my good one would have been patched. Service here is literally always terrible and we are always getting screwed over somehow.
