I was there for over 2 1/2 hours today. They Brought my vehicle out to the bay for me to pick up, but then told me the technician broke one of the bolts off the lug nuts on my passenger side rear wheel. Then I was presented with the fact that I would have to pay for that, when I know it was from the air tools you guys use that put too much torque on the bolts.. I was upset about that, and after one hour after that, the vehicle was done and was somewhat satisfied that I was given a $20 coupon to help pay for that. this is the third time in our history. Something was mishandled or broken during my service work there.

I was disappointed my window seal couldn't be repaired and the part has to be ordered and I have to make another trip to the shop. I had called and explained the problem in advance when I made my appointment in the hope and expectation the replacement part would be available. On the other hand, I'm completely satisfied with the tire repairs also performed at this visit.

There was a scheduling fupa, and I drove there for nothing. I had to call and make an appt with someone else who fixed it several days later at my home. I'm retired, so I was not badly inconvenienced. But, another person could have been. **** happens.
