The notes the service advisor took were not accurate to what I told her. This left me frustrated and I asked to speak to the mechanic but I was told they don’t have phones and can’t call me. When I got to the dealership to pick my truck up I noticed what I thought was still the problem I was having. The mechanic who was nice and kind rode in the truck with me and explained things to me. I ultimately will still return to Baxter Toyota but the notes taking by the advisor was frustrating. The mechanic was kind and explained things nicely to me.

I had been in the week before and was told I need to have a mud flap replaced and a screw on the other replaced. I was told it was covered by warranty and encouraged to make an appt which I did for February 7 at 3:45pm. I arrived at 3:35pm at 4:39pm I got a text telling me I needed to approve something. I went to the service advisor Stephanie who checked me in. She was said they did not order the parts that were needed for my appt. I asked why it took over an hoir to figure that out and she made all kinds of excuses. I asked what the text was about she said it was so I could approved the parts. I asked what parts and she said the ones that did not get ordered. I told her I was confused why the parts were covered by warranty last week and now I have to pay for them. She kept blaming the person who made my appt and said it’s not her fault. She never tried to understand my concern. I told her I did not want the parts and I needed my car due to needing to be somewhere. It then took another 30 minutes or get my car back. So I made an appt for parts that I was told were covered by warranty. I took off work early and I left over 1.5 hours later without having my car fixed. I’ve bought three cars from this dealership and brought my car in many times and have never been treated this way. There was not a manager there to discuss this with. I spoke to a salesperson who took my name and number and assured me someone would contact me. As of today no one has. I am very disappointed.
