I waited for my vehicle to get a routine oil change. I was told how long the wait would be and it was almost exactly the time that I was told. Everyone was friendly and polite. The snacks and complimentary drinks were appreciated. Great time!!!

I came in at 315 to get possibly new battery, rotate my tires and later found out that I need new front brakes. After waiting for an hour and half, my vehicle was ready but didn't get no new battery or front brakes because the shop closed early or something. Now I've to take off from work again to get this done. It would've been nice if they could've told me instead of waiting that long.

Legends Toyota is one of the farther dealerships from me but worth the drive. I always receive better service from Legends then the other dealerships around the area. That said, when I scheduled my service appointment I was told they could take care of everything including a window inspection when I brought it in on Saturday. When I got there I was told Legends uses a 3rd party for window inspections and they are not there on the weekends. Now I have to drive an extra 60 miles round trip to bring my vehicle back during the week.
