I brought my car in for follow dye tracing in my A/C. From the scheduling of this visit through the drop off and pick up your employees words and behaviors were like they had never heard of such a service appointment. The service writer that checked me in said he was unaware of the problem with my car. Though I repeatedly explained why I was there and encouraged him to look up my recent car history he was uninterested in doing so. He handed me off to Mike for follow up the next day stating he knew more about my car. I had no idea who Mike was. On follow up calls, Mike didn’t know anything more than the previous employee. He too seemed uninterested in reviewing the cars work service history. Though after a phone call I was told the mechanic relooked at the care because he didn’t know the cost time what he was looking for ….. Despite the second look the problem was found. The car has lost free twice in less than a year and has been to the shop 3 times without a cause identified, this is disappointing.
On another note, we are long term customers with Legends Toyota. The service I received and apparent lack of customer service training or care for the customer relationship by 3 separate service advisors in two visits is the worst I have ever experienced. We have returned as customers since 2008 because of the quality service and care previously provided. This aspect is currently sorely missing in the new crew at Legends Toyota service department. The advisors seem more interested in arguing, or making excuses than providing good customer service.

He got us a shuttle to Legens so we didn’t have to hang out in the waiting room for two hours. I had two issues that required two diagnoses charges. When one of the issues was just a disconnected plug he only charged me for one. I was expecting to spend a few thousand dollars on repairs but only had to pay $111.

When I dropped my car off at 8:49, I told the service adviser that I would be waiting in the waiting area while my car was being serviced. As it turned out, it was ready for pick up at 9:40, but I didn't know it was ready until I went to the service counter to check on it at 10:30 and saw it sitting in the garage. The service adviser said he called me twice, but I never heard him. Maybe he should have checked harder.
