I felt like I was being insulted after I was checked in, although the guy that checked me in was very polite and professional his coworkers were very unprofessional, 1: I called several times to schedule a routine maintenance appointment. This is my opinion someone picked up the phone and put me on a holding line I tried this three times. After three attempts to schedule an appointment by phone, I went to legends Toyota personally as I was making my appointment with the professional his coworkers were to my surprise on social media in a group, laughing and giggling. I show up to my appointment which was at 7 AM at 7:45. I look up my car is in the bay debate that you pull your car into to get checked in for maintenance. No one announced that my car was ready. no one came to get me so I approach the Toyota representative and asked me about my car. He says it’s ready so I go through the standard motions of paperwork signing and get my car back when I get home to my shock in my opinion, no work was done on my car. All I needed was a tire rotation in the oil change I have scrape marks on my tires. Disc scrape marks were still in the same position as they were before I came to Toyota legends I am completely dissatisfied with the representatives of Toyota legends they are childish and mature and disrespectful. In my opinion they are bad representation of Toyota corporation to the people that are in charge of the hiring process please upgrade your standards of the people that you hire they’re giving Toyota corporation a bad image thank you

I was in and out in very little time.Josh was very personable. He met me in the bay with a smile and directed me inside. I mentioned a concern about the car skipping when I accelerate and shaking slightly when I idled. Josh said it could be that the engine is not completely warmed up. I mentioned the shaking was after I’d driven from Overland Park to KCMO. He said the car would notify if there was an issue with the engine because of the additional technology. He said he’d look under the hood to check it out anyway. I received a notification that the hood was open. From the paper given to me, it appears they topped off fluids and checked my floor mats (???). I’m coming from MINI who vacuumed my floors and washed my car when I came in for service but it seems Toyota doesn’t offer that service so I’m unsure what happened with my floor mats that they checked. Either way, I like my car and was glad to be out without issuer. There was nothing bad, so thats good, right?
