Way off on promises time. And on top of it didn’t do all the work. Took 2.5 hrs to do an oil change and headlight swap. I keep having these ridiculously long wait times at legends Toyota. It’s very frustrating, and I’m tired of measles discounts to make up for it. $6 savings because you guys missed the mark by 45 mins. Plus missed the mark significantly and did half the work planned. Also watched a guy walk around aimlessly with my keys an hour after I got there and had to help him understand what car was mine.Unsatisfactory experience and lost major portion of my afternoon to get very little work done.

I love that there was no pressure. This car was for my 16 year old daughter. She went with me when we bought her sisters car last year from Bud Brown. She was afraid to go after seeing what we went thru with the salesman and manager. They acted like it was the last car on earth and if we left without buying it, it wouldn't be there and pressuring us to buy warranties and not listening to what we had for a budget.
