I booked an apt almost a week ahead of time to be sure my needs would be met. The day I bought my Truck your detailers had gone home for the day so it was never done. I booked an oil change and filter along with the We Owe Detail. I left my vehicle at the dealership from 9am - 3:30pm to get it taken care of only to pickup my truck and be told your detailers were to just to get to my appointment. That I would have make another appointment to get it done. Although Evan was super courteous and went out of his way to be polite to me it’s rather frustrating.
