I came in today for an oil change, and I had a splash panel underneath my car that had come completely loose on one end it was flapping. When my car was finished, the mechanic came to me and said he didn’t see anything under the car loose so I had to get on my hands and knees and show him the flapping panel that tells me that they never even looked at it to begin with. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this dealership with not doing what they’re supposed to do. I’ve spent a lot of money at this dealership and bought several cars. I think that’s coming to an end.
