You only gave me a choice of yes or no. I am extremely satisfied with my service. There is something yet to be managed, which is the tire light is remaining on the car. The associate was to reach back to me with options regarding the blinking tire light after the tires were rotated and aligned and we got two new tires. Again, I am extremely pleased with Brewer‘s management of our cars. Please circle back around fixing the blinking light. Thank you so much!

Everything went well. My only feedback is that when I originally set up the appointment on the phone. I did tell the scheduler about the recall and she told me they could take care of it that day as well. When I got to the dealer they told me it would take about 2 hours. I don’t believe the scheduler was at the dealership but they could have given me a heads up. The team at the dealership was able to get me out well under that time.

Overall I was happy, but my heater fan makes a noise and they said that was normal. For a brand new car to have a hum when the heat is running is annoying. Noah was nice and waiting area is clean. I like that no loud TV is playing in the background.
