I requested an oil change today along with my inspection.
Per the invoice, they did do it but they did not reset my maintenance function so it still reads oil change necessary and they did not give me a new sticker with the date/mileage of the next change. Old sticker remains.

Unfortunately this is the third time the service technician failed to ensure the oil drain plug access plate was properly secured to the vehicle. I instantly noticed it was NOT secured. I was informed that the vehicle was inspected by another person after the oil change was completed. Basically, two individuals failed to do their job. I want to stay loyal to this establishment, but I'm at the point where this is a challenge.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service performed on my vehicle regarding the sliding doors. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved and has worsened. At this time, neither sliding door is functioning.
This morning, the driver-side sliding door became stuck in the open position, which caused me to be late for work. Given the amount of time your dealership had my vehicle, this outcome is extremely disappointing.
I plan to bring the vehicle back on January 19, 2026, but I want to be clear that I am very unhappy with both the service provided and the lack of a proper repair. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and correctly.
Please advise on how you intend to resolve this issue.
