Brought my Wheels fleet vehicle in for 60k mile checkup. Checked in with person, gave them MAP passport, reviewed the 60k mile tasks. Got a call 2 hours later, vehicle was done. Got receipt of services, tasks missing. Asked why, was told I needed to schedule a second appt. BIT HAD I NOT ASKED, NO ONE WOULD HAVE TOLD NE. POOR experience. Not Happy.

Truck recall 10/10
Transmission 5/10: concern is still there. It's still making the disengaging clunk when coming to a stop. It didn't do this new and just recently started. Also have driven company provided tundras that don't act as such. It's documented and atleast i have the peace of mind for that. I would do a ride along with a tech in my vehicle and a new one just to show what my concern is.

I had one request. The tire pressure icon was on my dashboard. So I asked that air be put in all my tires. I even asked if it was done when they called to say my car was ready to be picked up. The man said yes. I pick up my paperwork and key. When I start my car, the tire pressure light is still on and on my Toyota care app, it shows that all four tires air pressure is low. I drove immediately to Sheetz and put the air in myself. I don’t even know if my tires were rotated or the oil was changed. Not a good experience at all!!!!!!
