The vehicle was brought in for a front and noise and rear and noise. I can appreciate that a repair was made to the front end, and “debris” was removed from the rear end, but both noises still remain and could be heard within the first quarter mile of leaving the dealer

They broke a bolt on the battery strap and didn't tell me. I seen it when I got home. I have been double checking the work your technicians do for a long time after a few issues with work not being done at all. I have to now extract and replace the broken bolt.
