Our wait time was over 2.5 hours. Might have been longer. My husband went to check and our car was in a lineup. Apparently it was done sooner but no one came to check us out. Service itself was excellent and staff friendly but when you make an appointment for 11:00, wait time for inspection should not be 2.5 hours.
