I had a 5,000 mile check and they said they rotated my tires. When I got home my husband said they never touched the tires. You can tell from the salt residue around the lug nuts. And the roads were dry all the way home. He was very upset!!

My only complaint is that I was told today that there was a 50k mile recommended service that was not mentioned when I purchased the car 5k miles ago...and is not covered by the extended platinum service package I was sold. To be hit with a $1k service at my first appointment for an oil change was not great.

I thought the car should have been washed. The feedback was it’s too cold outside. One solution is to let it dry inside somewhere. I don’t know the logistics of your operation but was disappointed. The communications for the appt and within the appt was excellent.
