Alex was great. I ended up paying more than double of what I budgeted for but he found a way to make it cheaper. Very nice and on top of it guy.

I keep trying to submit my comments and they won’t submit, so I am not sure if you’re getting them each time. I apologize if I have sent it several times to you, but we thought we were happy with our service today but when we got home We looked at our paperwork which we didn’t do at the dealership. We were in a hurry, but we realize that they put in 0W20 and our manual specifically says 0W16. This is only our second oil change on a brand new 2023 Venza the first one they did 0W16. That is why we go to a Toyota dealership to get exactly what our Toyota requires. Isn’t that what we’re supposed to expect the best service from the company that made our car. This is our third new Toyota that we have bought Kalispell Toyota. We love Toyota that we have questioned our service over the years for Kalispell Toyota. We use your service for our Toyota vehicles and we do generally love the service. This time wasn’t really anything wrong with service, as everyone was ver kind, but I was quoted $242 for a side mirror replacement and was asked if I wanted to move forward and I said I did. When I came to pay for the brake service and mirror replacement it was over $400 for the mirror. The gentleman I worked with explained what he quoted me wasn’t including labor, but in my eyes that was his mistake. He quoted me $242 and that isn’t what I was charged or really even close to that. Was a nice guy though and I’m sure it was a mistake. I just would have liked to be contacted with the actual price before being made to pay it.
