Go back to the paper printout of the service report. I can then see and discuss any issues on the spot. I did not know that I needed a new air filter until I got the digital report after I left the building. Then I had to go myself and see if a new one was installed when I got home. It was replaced. Thank you. Was I supposed to pay for that? Too late now if I was.

My wife and I made an appointment for an oil change many weeks in advance. The oil change took 2 hours. I have bought multiple cars/trucks from your dealership and had must of my service done with you guys. I have noticed a shift in services and quality of professionalism. A scheduled oil change should not take two hours and knowing that is a potential has led us to wanting to go to a different service provider.

I was really impressed how Kylar quickly and efficiently greeted me and checked my car in. I also told him about some of my concerns with my car and he noted them in the check-in process. Kylar soon gave me an update as to what issues were going on with my car. I gave the approval to go forward with fixing the areas. He was very patient, thorough, happy, knowledgeable and kind. Kylar is a true ambassador for Toyota of Kalispell. He has excellent customer service and should be awarded with a raise!

Toyota would do well to pattern all dealerships after Kalispell Toyota. Why is the Ford dealership so much lower in quality than the Toyota? Same owner right?

not impressed with the communication from the team. got a text alert while I was at the dealership that an axel boot was torn and needing replacement. when I approached the representative, he didn't seem to have any idea what I was referring to. I've been a Toyota customer for many years, in the past the representative has told me what was found, what needs to be repaired and the options we have. feel like there was quite a disconnect from the team and there was a rush to get me out of the shop without a solution to the problem. I took my truck to another shop today and had my axel replaced.
