Did the 15K mile service, NH Inspection and checked the auto system failures that they contacted me about. The errors were when vehicle was in accessory mode therefore the engine wasn’t running. Didn’t really explain that to me well.

I am computer stupid and so appreciate that I can directly email Mr. Bill and he sets me up with an appt. Am also hearing impaired so phone calls are often difficult for me. Work done on my car is always great! Have to stop back in as instrument panel is off….need it re-adjusted. Am puzzled by an email….am I no longer allowed to pay in cash, credit card or check? I don’t do money online…

Today’s appointment took a very long time. I just came in for an inspection and had to wait 1.5 hours which seems excessive. Maybe we should not schedule so many appointments if we cannot service the vehicles in a timely fashion. Overall the service staff, especially Don and Dave were awesome! They are always so friendly and make me feel so comfortable when I come in!
