Great by the tech but when I went to pick it up 7 employees were at the desk and 5 were on their phone. It took the other two a long time to even acknowledge I was standing there. When the service agent put the paperwork done I took to read and he took it away saying it's free. I said I want to read what was done. Tyler Lessard was great in helping me buy it. But I may just have to use my own tech from now on

I am not satisfied with the new Toyota protocol when servicing an automobile. I understand the need for videoing the car. I do not appreciate the fact that I have to answer by text if any additional work is needed. I would much prefer talking to the mechanic for a few minutes to find out the severity of the additional work, the cost might need to be postponed for a time. The picture that is sent is fuzzy at best. Not very clear. to me, the service personnel, the mechanic, and the cashier are there for the customers benefit. Paying by text answering by text notified by text is not my idea of Toyota care. If I wanted to buy a car today, I would’ve had two or three people around me right away, human beings. Maybe you should’ve called me instead of texting me about this whole day.
