Charged me for a 10,000 mile inspection that was not needed. I did not reqiest this service. I had this 5,000 miles previously. I realized that you have been charging me for this service every time I get my oil changed. I was also given a huge list of "repairs " that the service to said that I needed to have completed. I'm very upset. These are very shady and abusive business practices. I should be reimbursed for anything done that wasn't requested.
I'll make sure that everyone knows about Anderson Toyota's unethical and deceptive treatment of their customers.

I live in Kingman. Last Thursday I brought my car to Jose for regular service. Everything went well as usual. I drove home then drove some more on Friday, everything appeared to be fine.
But when I went to the garage on Saturday, there was a large oil puddle coming out from under the car.
I called Jose, I did not want to drive the car all the way back to Lake Havasu with oil leaking.
Jose suggested I take the car the your Kingman Ford dealership and tell them he had sent me.
I did, they found that the oil pan cap was loose, fixed it and said the oil level was still OK.
I called Jose, set another appointment for this past Monday. At that appointment Jose had everything rechecked (all OK) then topped off the gas in my car.
I asked for suggestion for cleaning the oil on my garage floor. Jose told me what should work. But also said to let me know if it did not cleanup properly.
Jose handled everything properly, professionally and to my satisfaction!
