Tire pressure was written on report, never checked and never filled. Falsified information. Tires were rotated when I specifically asked for them not to rotate. I do not trust that any of the maintenance was performed correctly. Car was returned with chipped hood. Contacted manager, Joe. He reviewed the walk through video and confirmed the damage was not there at drop off and stated “he would make it right.” I’ve sent pictures and have not had a return message or call with any further instructions. Very disappointed with service.

Jose Chavez was wonderful, what i had a problem with was the fact that your service technicians left my lugg nut key sitting on the middle padded area in between ny two front seats next to the plastic packaging and the number paper sign that hangs on the rearview mirror in the my glove box instead of throwing it away if they were done with it.
