When my car broke down and I was waiting for a tow truck I called Anderson Toyota and informed you that my car would be towed in. I spoke and worked with an amazing woman, Jennifer. She answered my questions and assured me that everything would be just fine and when I got the text stating that I had missed my appointment, I called her and she told me that whenever my car got there she would let me know and Anderson was aware that my car was coming in and they would inspect it right away.
