He didn't say hello, goodbye, or have any courtesy from the start.
When he told me the truck was ready he called me and my wife over only to send the next 5 to 7 minutes on the phone and then have a really friendly conversation with a female customer afterwards.
Afterthe whole irritating visit, he never replaced the batterty in my key fob. My key fob still says low battery. He is really bad at customer service.
