Inspection paperwork was very detailed which included a short video by the mechanic. Very cool. Jonathan was very pleasant to work with.
It does seem that making an appointment is useless though, as there was a long line anyone could wait in, proceeding to service. It was a little over 2 1/2 hours until I hit the road.
