Yes everything goes very smoothly and quickly with my service appointments with Jose Chavez. I was disappointed in the fact that the car wash was down and that's because I've been having service appointments for almost 2 years now (2 different trucks) and I have had one car wash total after my service appointments. My first truck never received a car wash after my service appointment due to the remodeling of the car wash!

I paid over $600 for my brake job. You told me I needed brske shims for my rear brakes but didn’t have any in stock. You ordered them for me and told me that you wouldn’t charge for installation when they came in, just for the parts, which were $25 . However I was charged &135.60, which included $100 for labor. Not what I was told the last time
