Evan was polite BUT I DID NOT appreciate having to wait 2.5 hours for a warranty service and it washed. I asked Evan at 11:50 how much longer it was going to take ( my appt was at 10) and he said "he's just finishing up. Just a few more minutes". It was another 40 minutes. I was finally handed my paperwork and keys at 12:30. WAY too long!
