Danielle exhibited a positive "can do" attitude from the first contact until the final paperwork! She explained the suggested repairs and even showed pictures so I could better understand the areas needing repair. She advised I should let her know when I scheduled and she could order parts ahead of time. She arranged a ride for me and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and informed.
