Immediately doubled my alignment cost by 40% due to a leveling kit, first time that’s happened. Took 3 hours for an alignment/oil change. Saw my truck parked, ready to go and it took another 30 minutes to get out the door. Spoke with Jose about needing to get to work, and had to wait another 30 minutes. Saw him drive 2 cars around. Lastly, and just bad manners. Comes and talks to me with a mouth full of food. You guys are the closest dealership, this service makes me wanna go to Vegas. If I’m going to spend 5 hours anyways.
