Jose is thoughtful, helpful, and kind. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise in helping me know what needs to be done with my vehicle. I feel he has my best interest in mind. There's several people I know at Anderson Toyota that make coming there pleasant and professional and caring (that's why I come there)...and Jose is definitely at the top of this list! He's a very trustworthy person...over the years, he's become a great friend to us!

Today's service was good. We had a problem with our previous service..I was quoted $50 for a service but was charged $70. My wife payed the bill, so I did not find out of the OVERCHARG until I was halfway home (I live in Bullhead city) My bill showed the OVERCHARG was for cleaning rags...really. The next time I spoke to Danielle I made her aware of my disappointment however the problem has never been corrected. Danielle and all other staff have been great and she probably has no authority to correct the problem and if that is the case a FIRM price should be quoted from the gate..No BS games.
