It took 2.5 hrs to do a basic service. No oil change. My sevice advisor, Jennifer was awesome. She kept me updated and apologized for the lengthy service visit. This is n9t typical of my visit to Anderson. Normally my service visits are speedy. I think this time the boys in the back dropped the ball. Next time I'll get the pickup service to save my time.
