The service was good. The staff was friendly. My complaint is the length of time for the wait. It always seems that Anderson‘s has a long wait for an oil change. Well I appreciate the great amenities in the waiting room, I feel like when I make an appointment at 2 o’clock I should be out of there before three or 315. It would be one thing if it happened just once but it’s always seems to happen. I would appreciate your feedback on my feedback. Thank you.

I had a late appointment and they got the service done with no problem but my rear brake caliper was warped and I needed to get it fixed. Jose asked if I could leave it overnight so he could do the brakes in the morning but I had to leave town first thing in the morning, and he went ahead and got them done.
