I came in to have an oil change, tire rotation, and the Oil change in the axle. I was told that it would take one hour. I brought it in for an appointment. After checking in I was sent an email stating that they would get in touch with me as a work on my vehicle. After one hour there was no notification or checking on me. After an hour and 20 minutes, I went to find someone. After speaking with someone, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes meaning that I waited an hour and 40 minutes for my car to have an oil change. This is unacceptable.
