I would like to point out that when they checked the cabin air filter they left about half of what was in the glove compartment laying all over the floor board and what they did put back in was just shoved inside and everything was all bunched up and with no effort to put it back as it was.
I replaced the air filter it when I got home. When I took the glove compartment out, they had also left the inside cover off the compartment and the filter hanging halfway out.

The service team was good. But the notification system said my RAV4 was due for service. I added a cabin filter change when I scheduled but when I arrived for service there was no service that showed it was due so all that was done was the filter. Toyota Care service was not done which is what I was originally notified of. So I’m just confused as I would not have done the filter change by itself as I had to leave work early to go to the appointment.
