Every thing was done as expected. I noticed my vehicle was immediately driven into the shop. I have experienced terrible service at a Chevrolet dealership where the scheduled appointment meant nothing. My vehicle would be parked for hours and told they would get to it when they could.

I Was satisfied with the service but I have one suggestion. When I was told it would take an hour and 15 minutes for my service but it took 2 hours and 45 minutes, it would have been nice to have been told that it would take longer then expected. They were busy and I can understand if it was going to take longer however as a courtesy to your customers it would be nice to be informed. Thank you.

I know things happen…and I do appreciate the discount on the cost of the oil change, but 2 1/2 hours for an oil change is to long. Sorry… but we live in Athena OR. We could drive to Rogers in Hermiston and be home in the same amount of time. We are trying to get an option more near our home.
Again, to be fair, things happen. I know that was not your intention.
