I was a little late to my appointment and really appreciate the accommodation of squeezing me in! I mentioned a previous issue with my skid plate, that was relayed to the tech and was notified there are stripped screws when the service was completed. I have taken this vehicle to other Toyota dealership with the same complaint and their response was ‘no issue found. Going above and beyond is refreshing

Also found a mistake another company had made regarding my alignment ( that they didn’t do). 200% customer service. Hard to find these days !!

The actual service was very good. My issue was with how long it took to get it and how long the service actually took. I had to schedule the service three different times. The first service was canceled because I was not told I had to have less than half a tank of gas in the truck in order to have the service done. The second service was canceled because you didn’t have the parts. The third service went well except I was told to take 2 1/2 to 3 hours, and it took five. So my problem is not with the service itself, it is with communication.
