They told me I needed the front end aligned, and then said it would be $150 plus tax. I called Les Schwab in Milton, a they said $110 without tax. If you want my business you need to be competitive.

It would have been nice to actually talk to the person who did my service. Doesn’t seem like there is the personal feeling like before. I missed being called out of the waiting room to find out about my service instead I got a text asking me to sign and give my credit card number for payment using my finger. I finally went to one of the service guys to help me. It’s us older people you should be impressing instead of the younger ones. Not all of us are tech savvy.

I dropped the car off with a low pressure tire warning light on. Picked it up and the warning light was still on. Asked about it and was told it would turn off after 3 miles. After 20 miles it’s still on and everytime I start the car a warning pops up on the main display that the pressure is too low.
