The only issue I had was cost. Parts seem to have an excessive markup. Also, military discount up to a max of $100 was added to the quote but removed from the final bill. Only reason I caught it is because I double checked against the quote before paying.

Everything was great except... Oil drops on my engine cover and next to the filter cap and fingerprints on the inside window around the reminder sticker. I know not material but it still bothers me. Not to mention the $121 for an oil change. But the service was otherwise great as was **** and I do trust Toyota to take the best care of my vehicle. Thank you

I do not understand why it takes two hours for an oil change. I asked my advisor an ETA by text and did not get a response. I had an appointment to be at and was late for it. I was told an hour wait.
