My ‘problem’ is still not fixed. My car has spent quite a few hours at the dealership now (different days), without a remedy. The service manager and **** were very nice, but as I said, that hasn’t gotten the care fixed.

When I arrived in the service area and got out of my car I was greeted by someone who said a service advisor will come to talk with me. I told him it's very cold out here. I'm walking inside. Several minutes later I was approached by a service advisor that said they were looking everywhere for me and I was supposed to stay by my car. This is my first concern that the communication was lacking. The final thing is that my car wasn't washed once the service was completed. I thought this was just part of Toyota's. Excellent service. I was mistaken
