I’m satisfied to the service done on my car. However it took me 30 mins to wait for my car in the waiting area. Next time when you guys said the car is ready make sure its already there. Customer dont need to follow it up.

It was a very disappointing experience. For several reasons: 1) Specifically the process and customer service I experienced while getting my loaner car. 2) The length of time it took to simply get an oil change. 3) In addition, the car wash quality was really bad and made my car in worst condition.

In my opinion Ali is a great asset to Keyes Lexus. He listens to any issue or problem you have and takes his time to answer your question fully. I never felt like he was trying to rush me when trying to figure out any questions we had. He is very patient and made me feel he was going to take care of my car.
