Bill was fabulous. From beginning to end, he kept me apprised of what was going on. He was appropriately comforting when he gave me the estimate of how many thousands of dollars this was going to cost and consoled me when I worried about how I was going to pay for it. He is friendly, compassionate, and I would love to have him as my consultant for this car but hopefully I won’t need anything major done for a while.

The service writer explained in detail of the issues I was having with the car. Basically, I thought there was something wrong with the suspension. For the reason being, I tried to do a U-turn in the middle of traffic, and the brakes kept locking on. Ali explain to me it was due to the tires in the front being worn out at the edge. Now it seems I have to buy new tires even though the thread in the middle is good, but the outer edge is gone that would be the only complaint I have about this car, I think it’s too soon to spend $1500 on new tires since this car is a year and five months old I believe I could be wrong
